Dress Code


ON THE COURSE

Denim Jeans, Trainers, Tracksuits, Shell suits or Football shirts are not acceptable.

SHORTSLadies and Gents - Tailored, knee-length. Can be worn in the Clubhouse from April to October unless the dress code on some function dates may mean restrictions – see Notice Board
SOCKSAll - White or colour co-ordinated with the outfit
SHOESAll - Only proper golf shoes are acceptable on the course 
GOLF TOPSGents Must have a collar or a recognised style of golf attire

  • Must have sleeves
  • Only small, discrete logos are acceptable
  • Must be tucked into shorts/trousers
  • Ladies Must have a collar or a recognised style of golf attire
  • May be sleeveless
  • Only small, discrete logos are acceptable
  • Juniors under 10 years: To dress in a clean, smart and tidy manner

Golfers / non golfers may wear the above attire in the Club House providing clothing is not wet or soiled.  The dress code on some function dates may mean restrictions – see Notice Board.

IN THE CLUB HOUSE

Dress rules will be categorised as follows:

  • FORMAL - Jacket, Collar, Trousers & Tie (No Jeans)
  • SMART CASUAL - Trousers & Shirt (May be worn in or out) (No Jeans)
  • RELAXED - Shirts, Casual Trousers or Jeans (No ripped or work worn allowed) 
  • Shirts worn outside the trousers must be tailored with a straight bottom
  • No trainers at any time in any area of the Club

The relaxed dress code will be acceptable at all times in the clubhouse unless otherwise stated on the notice board.  Certain functions will require a more formal attire to attend these particular events.

If you do not adhere to these dress codes you may be asked to leave the Club.

The committee would appreciate your support during this trial period.
