Assistant Greenkeeper

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team.

Previous experience in green keeping along with the relevant qualifications would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

The Successful applicant will be working under the direction from the head green keeper and deputy head green keeper.

They will be expected to work to the highest standard with keen attention to detail.

An excellent opportunity to work within a friendly and close knit team.

Duties will include:

· Stimming, raking bunkers, divotting, changing holes, blowing & collecting leaves, drainage work, tree pruning, grass cutting etc.

The ideal candidate must:

• · Enjoy working outdoors all year round
• · Be able to work as part of a small team
• · Have high standards with excellent communication skills
• · Have own transport due to the early starts.
• · Be able to work on weekends on a Rota basis, (this will be paid at time and a half.)

Rate of Pay: the hourly rate will be dependent on relevant experience.
